We have included everything you need to know from shipping to our return policy but if you feel that we have forgotten anything, please feel free to let us know! We are constantly improving the site to ensure that we provide our customers with the best shopping experience we can.
What is your return policy?
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be unworn and in original packaging. All shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be handled by merchant. In the case of receipt of damaged goods, notification to merchant must be sent immediately. Return shipping for damaged merchandise will be covered by merchant. Notification of damaged goods must be sent via email to returns.lustislove@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of merchandise. Please include name, product i.d number, and description of damage in email. Subject line should contain your original order number. Please allow 24 hours to receive a transaction number and return shipping label for all returns or exchanges.

Custom orders and clearance items are final sale. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for these items.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for standard orders to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, allow an additional 3 to 5 business days to receive your order depending on your location. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and will be accompanied with a tracking number. All custom items are made to order and will take 5 to 10 business days to process before they are shipped. Once your tracking number is received you will be able to track your package online at www.usps.com

What if I would like to cancel my order?
All orders can be canceled within 24 hours of receipt of order confirmation. Simply send an email to return.lustislove@gmail.com with Cancel as the subject. Please be sure to include your name and order number for cancellation.
Do you make custom items?
Yes! We certainly do make custom pieces. Simply reach out to us through the Contact Us page or send us an email at lustisloveboutique@gmail.com with Custom Request as the subject line. Include a brief description of the custom item you would like. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response to your custom item request. All prices are based on the custom work to be done and will require a deposit.
